Students were in full swing at the Legacy High School  Computer Repair Lab.  Computer Applications Teacher Paul LaGrange shared 'even though the COVID closures of the past brought the lab to a full stop for more than a year, the students and our partners are still accomplishing great things.'

In June, the lab was able to partner with Hugs for Homies, a non-profit working to provide support for mental health with 3 all-in-one computers for their computer lab and 3 laptops to take into places like Echo Glen so they can work with incarcerated children.

Recently, the lab provided Housing Hope with 61 keyboards, 70 mice, 48 Optiplex computer towers, 7 Surfaces, 1 iPad, and 2 Cellphones.

These items will be used to refresh their office hardware and be used in their classrooms.

Mr. LaGrange shared thanks and appreciation to the Everett Clinic, City of Marysville, and Marysville School District for their support of this program. "The donated hardware is simultaneously empowering students to develop strong IT skills while supporting life-changing, local non-profit groups!"

Way to go, students and staff! We are so proud of you.
