Each Fall and Spring the District sends out an annual survey to parents, guardians, staff, and surveys students in grades 3 - 12. The survey will be emailed to families and staff and completed by students in their classrooms during the survey window later this month through November 18.
Helping students do their best in school and creating positive and supportive learning environments requires a team effort. Parents, guardians, students, staff, and schools all play an important role in this process. To help us learn more and make students' school experience as positive and beneficial as possible, we will ask that you give your honest, thoughtful responses to the survey questions.
For students, there are two separate surveys for students: Grades 3 - 5 and 6 - 12. If you would like to opt your child out of the survey, please notify their school. A list of the questions that students will be asked to respond to is linked below:
