The Marysville School District Board of Directors will have three open seats for the November 2025 elections. District Director seats for Directors 1 (Krebbs), 3 (Thomas), and 4 (Hereth) will be open for application during the Snohomish County elections application window of May 5 - 9, 2025. The application process opens at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, and closes on Friday, May 9, at 5:00 p.m. Information about the application process is posted on the Snohomish County Elections website at www.snoco.org/elections. Click on "Participating in Elections," use the drop-down menu, and click on "Run for Office."
The open seats for areas 1 and 4 are a 4-year term through November 2029. Seat 3 is for the remainder of a 4-year term through November 2027.
Patrons interested in filing for an open board seat are encouraged to review the application materials and the resource materials linked below. Applicants must reside in the Director District areas, be registered voters in the State of Washington, be legal Washington residents, and be U.S. citizens.
