The Regional Apprenticeship Pathways (RAP) program hosted an exciting "Girls Build" field trip on Thursday, December 7, for 9th to 11th-grade students around Snohomish County interested in joining the program!
Students heard from a range of guest speakers, including several active trade workers, then watched a demonstration and gained hands-on learning experience building metal and wood toolboxes. Each student even got to take their new handmade toolbox home! Materials for the field trip were graciously provided by the Western Washington Sheet Metal JATC and Northwest Carpenters Institute of WA.
We see lots of future students in the incredible RAP program.
