There is still a lot of summertime to enjoy but as we prepare for back-to-school, the Salvation Army and community partners are organizing a School Supply Drive to support local Marysville, Tulalip, and Lakewood students and families.
Coordinated by the Salvation Army of Marysville, the annual School Supply Drive brings together community organizations, businesses, and volunteers working to ensure every child in need has the tools to be successful. Partners include the Marysville Community Food Bank, City of Marysville, Marysville Fire District, and Marysville School District.
The community group is in the process of collecting supplies through donations and in turn, will hold a school supply distribution event for families on August 25.
Families in need of assistance with school supplies can register at: https://bit.ly/schoolsupplieshelp. Pre-registration is required.

The Marysville School District is thankful for our community partners who once again have joined forces in support of our students and families.
